We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Transaction Coordinator to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll serve as the primary liaison between clients and our office, helping to coordinate a variety of appointments related to home environmental testing and inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments via phone and email with Homeowners and Real Estate Agents
- Coordinate services including water testing, mold, radon, septic and sewer inspections, and well yield tests
- Support users on origination and servicing systems
- Ensure accurate documentation and communication throughout the transaction process
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness with all client interactions
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
