Eric was our first employee at Home Land Environmental, formerly known as Home Land Septic Consulting. He is an accomplished real estate inspection professional specializing in septic evaluations, well yields, radon measurement testing, mold sampling, and water quality testing. He is responsible for teaching the continuing education electives that Home Land provides for real estate professionals. He has thorough knowledge of the real estate transaction process, septic and well regulations in Maryland and Pennsylvania as well as environmental constituents. He is a licensed Pump Installer through MDE’s State Board of Well Drillers.  He has served on many Realtors Association committee’s across the state, including the HCAR Education Committee and SMAR YPN, to name a few.  He was named Howard County Association of Realtors’ Affiliate of the Year in 2017 and is a regular contributor to the Realtors Political Action Committee (RPAC). He has also served as the Vice President of the Maryland Onsite Wastewater Professional Association (MOWPA).
